Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund all items must be:

Received at our warehouse within 10 days of original delivery to customer (the date marked "Delivered" by the shipping company).
Unworn and undamaged. We are not responsible for shipping damage. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
Have original tags attached
Include a copy of your invoice
Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items

Merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' on invoice.
Merchandise purchased at our brick-n-mortar store

The Flagship Mailroom is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipping. We recommend insuring and tracking all returns.

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. Refunds are only issued for items bought online. In-store purchases at the brick-n-mortar store are not eligible for refunds. This includes items purchased online and picked up or returned at the brick-n-mortar store. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
